Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to join our team at Gözlemevi. The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects and programs from ideation through to completion. This role involves interacting with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project or program management, demonstrating a track record of successful program delivery.
- Experience in managing large, complex projects or multiple projects combined into a complex program.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a diverse team.
- Strong ethical grounding and understanding of compliance and regulatory environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Gözlemevi.
- Native-level Turkish language skills.
